Buscamos un Perfil Incident Manager para el área de operaciones de comercios . El área de operaciones se encuentra entre el área de negocio y el área de tecnología, y las funciones de este perfil son las de gestionar todas la incidencias, tanto de negocio, como las incidencias de Software que afectan a la actividad de los comercios (clientes del banco en medios de pago como TPVs, etc.). Debe inventariarlas, calificarlas en críticas, urgentes, medias y basicas, para redirigirlas a los equipos afectados, sean de TI, de sistemas o de negocio, hacer su seguimiento y requerir a los equipos su solución, y reportar a la dirección de Getnet con dashboard en PowerBi el seguimiento, impactos, etc. de las incidencias, así como perseguir a todos los skateholder afectados para que se resuelvan en tiempo y forma. Por eso debe ser una persona proactiva, con buena interlocución y soft skills. Formación / Experiencia deseada Gestión del servicio o Gestión de la Producción ISO27001 Continuidad de Negocio ISO 22301 Gestión de Incidencias Control de Cambios Interlocución y supervisión de Proveedores Conocimiento preferiblemente del mundo Adquirente/Medios Pago
