As a Service Desk Agent - Data Analyst , you will support users by managing incidents, collecting feedback, and collaborating with both users and project teams to improve our solutions. You will use Python for debugging, recommend and maintain training materials/FAQs, and ensure user concerns are addressed efficiently.ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage a standardized process to collect user feedbackProvide ongoing incident management: handle user queries, troubleshoot issues, and communicate feedback to the model team for fixes and improvementsUse Python for debugging and resolving technical issuesCommunicate effectively with users and project teams to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvementRecommend and maintain training materials and FAQs to address frequent user concernsSupport the creation and updating of resources to enhance user experienceRequirementsExperience in service desk or technical support rolesProficiency in Python for debugging and automationStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage incidents and collaborate across teamsWhy HP?HP values teamwork, innovation, and diverse perspectives.
