Overview Mission The Program Experience Innovation Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of projects and activities relating to the Program Experience and Innovation (PXI) area of IE Business School. This comprises coordinating a variety of transversal projects, events, and processes, as well as managing communication flows with a variety of stakeholders (students, partner schools, internal staff, faculty, providers). Reporting to the Director of Program Experience Innovation and working in close partnership with the Associate Directors, the Program Experience Innovation Coordinator will be focused on delivering an outstanding experience for students across all programs within IE Business school. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Interaction with Students: Gather student feedback to identify ways to improve their experience with us. Coordinate with class reps and interact with students at events. Conduct info sessions to present different opportunities and share exciting news. Respond to students with specific questions about PXI-led projects (examples: special networking events, exchange opportunities, the Dual Degree experience, etc.) and assist the Associate Directors with special cases as needed. Accompany groups of students who come to IE for a series of immersion weeks through an international network of top business schools. Interaction with Other Internal and External Stakeholders: Liaise with IE professors when necessary to ensure successful events and programs. Collaborate with other IE Departments – such as the Program Management teams, Admissions Department, Marketing Department, Planning, Documentation, Student Services, Student Life, Registrar’s Office, Maintenance Dept., International Mobility Office, etc.—to deliver on the projects and events run by the PXI team. Regular communication with external partner schools and networks related to student mobility. Internal Development: Assist the Associate Directors in the coordination and implementation of new curricular and extracurricular innovations. Assist the Associate Directors in transversal coordination of key initiatives and external relations with networks and schools. Take responsibility for special projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Requirements: A Master’s Degree is strongly preferred. A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in both English and Spanish (written and oral), with substantial professional experience in both languages. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required. International experience (study and/or work) is strongly preferred. Experience in event management is a plus in this role. Strong project management capabilities. The candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills, ability to work under pressure, and high level of autonomy and accountability. Experience in multi-stakeholder environments, as well as excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation, are essential.
