We are looking for a dynamic Program Coordinator to join our Law Masters team, focusing on Program Operations and Student Experience. The Program coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating various transversal and extracurricular activities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail, is essential.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - María de Molina  

Responsibilities

Your role as a Program Coordinator will involve:
  • Collaborate closely with Associate Directors of Law Masters to identify, organize, coordinate, and report on the numerous transversal activities for Law Master students.
  • Act as a liaison with Directors, professors and external stakeholders, facilitating the coordination of both curricular and extracurricular activities.
  • Provide support in management, communications, and problem-solving with students and faculty members.
  • Foster collaboration with various departments such as Admissions, Marketing, Communications, Planning, Documentation, Campus Life, Registrar´s Office and Maintenance to ensure the seamless execution of programs, extracurricular, and transversal activities.
  • Act as a contact person for transversal activities such as graduations, openings, etc.
  • Maintain meticulous records and compile information pertaining to various initiatives and special projects.


Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a leadership role, contributing to a high-functioning team.
  • Prior experience with digital tools, including Blackboard Ultra, Videoconferencing tools, Atenea, and Cytric, is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills to offer support on short, medium, and long-term projects.
  • Proven ability to promptly address concerns, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic schedule when required.
