Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un profesional que ocupe el rol de Regional Sales Manager para interior, cuya responsabilidad es impulsar el crecimiento y expansión de la fuerza de venta a cargo.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Supervisar y liderar al equipo de coordinadoras comerciales a cargo.
- Garantizar el logro de los objetivos de ventas de la región.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación de las actividades de ventas.
- Implementar estrategias que apunten al crecimiento de la región.
- Impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra fuerza de venta.
- Brindar entrenamientos acordes a las necesidades del negocio.
- Supervisar todas las acciones comerciales de la fuerza de venta a cargo.
- Ejecutar y supervisar las acciones de marketing de la región.
- Gestión de presupuesto de la región.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo.
- Probada experiencia en liderazgo de equipos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Capacidad demostrada para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y orientado a resultados.
- Residir en Córdoba Capital (Excluyente).
