Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Motorcycle Sales team at Premiumbikes Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure monthly achievement of financial targets for Motorcycle sales, SPAO sales, and Service Shop income through efficient and effective resource utilization.
- Implement Credit Investigation and Collection Policies and Procedures to ensure quality portfolio and minimize risk.
- Plan, monitor, and control the inflow and outflow of stocks, including fixed assets, equipment, office supplies, motorcycles, SPAO, and Service Shop machines and tools, and safeguard them from loss or damage.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of loan folders and documents to facilitate on-time booking and immediate payment of accounts and other claims to financing.
- Manage branch petty cash and collections (cash and check intended for the payment of motorcycle, SPAO, and Service fees for the company or to financing).
- Implement customer management programs, including customer satisfaction surveys, processing customer complaints, and store image management.
- Implement programs and measures to improve store image, cleanliness, and orderliness of the workplace and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills: Selling Skills, Administrative skills, Management, Leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the operations of a Motorcycle industry.
- Ability to handle operations and branch personnel.
- Knowledge on how sales and marketing works.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
