Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking an attentive Night Front Office Agent to oversee all front desk operations during night shifts. You will ensure the end-of-day closing of the PMS and POS systems, review revenue postings, and maintain accurate daily statistics and reporting.
You will assist guests with courtesy and professionalism, uphold MVW's high standards of hospitality, and respond to guest questions and concerns while ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.
