Empresas: The Palace, A Luxury Collection Hotel, MadridEn The Palace Hotel, Madrid buscamos un/a IT Technician para incorporarse a un entorno hotelero de lujo con una operativa muy dinámica y exigente. El puesto es 100 % operativo y presencial, con soporte diario a usuarios, departamentos operativos y sistemas críticos del hotel. Se requiere capacidad de reacción, priorización y trabajo bajo presión. Funciones principales: Soporte técnico presencial y remoto (nivel 12). Resolución de incidencias de hardware, software, redes, impresoras y telefonía. Coordinación con empresa externa de IT. Intervención rápida ante incidencias que impacten en la operación o la experiencia del huésped. Buscamos una persona resolutiva, proactiva y orientada al servicio, cómoda trabajando en entornos con ritmo alto y prioridades cambiantes.Requisitos : Capacidad para trabajar en entornos muy dinámicos y de alta presión, con múltiples incidencias simultáneas y prioridades cambiantes. Perfil muy operativo y presencial, cómodo resolviendo incidencias sobre el terreno y en contacto constante con usuarios y proveedores. Alta orientación al servicio, comunicación clara y capacidad para coordinarse con varios departamentos a la vez. Actitud resolutiva, autonomía y criterio para tomar decisiones rápidas en situaciones críticas. Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para adaptarse a las necesidades operativas del hotel. Valorable experiencia previa en hoteles, hospitales, centros educativos, retail o entornos 24/7.
