Role Description The Administrative Assistant is an exciting opportunity based at our Muja Power Station site. The purpose of the role is to provide a wide range of administration support in a professional, timely, responsible, and confidential manner. This role requires flexibility and attention to detail to ensure the required administrative services are available in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities Maintaining OPEX expenses, site stationary, raising purchase requisitions, completing service entry sheets from invoices. Calendar management and accurate input, update, and maintenance of data in the document management system, taking meeting minutes. Ensuring and verifying credit card statements are correct and accurate; administering site induction requests, site keys, locks, and lockers as required. Travel and accommodation bookings; maintaining conference room calendars and supplies to an orderly standard. Collation of auditing documents as required and monitoring and maintaining the administration email inbox. Assisting with site events. What You Will Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge and experience in SAP. Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, customer‑focused administrative service. Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.
