As our Sales Lead you will be the primary contact point for our leads prospects and customers in Iberia. You will guide them through the entire commercial onboarding journey from first conversations and offer structuring to signing and preparing the go-live of their battery projects. You will work hand in hand with our Regional Manager our Technical Project Manager and the Commercial Team to build long-term customer relationships that are both impactful and commercially successful. Employment Type: Full-Time indefinite term Working Mode: Office work setup with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Spain and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich) Fluent Spanish with strong English proficiency Define and implement our full sales cycle - from prospecting and first contact through negotiation and contract signing - to enable scalable growth working hand-in-hand with our Global Sales and Marketing team Establish the foundations for building the Iberia Sales team supporting hiring onboarding and performance development Oversee strategic planning forecasting and commercial KPI tracking 10 years of experience in sales business development project origination key
