At ING we are looking for Litigation Lead We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Litigation Lead to join our Legal Team Team. As litigation team lead your responsibility is to provide expert and professional legal adviceguidanceand support in litigation matters ensuring strategic and effective case management. This position involvesassisting the head of the department teammembers and internal clients to ensure legal risks in ING operations are identified and mitigated. To ensure that the legal and reputational risks are identified, reported and mitigated providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. To lead and coordinate the litigation team providing guidance on legal strategy and sharing knowledge within the team to maintain consistency and best practices. To draft procedural briefs and legal responses. To report relevant data to different areas. Degree in Law from an accredited institution and qualified to work as lawyer in Spain. ~Desirable expertise fields: banking digital and innovation. ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and data‑driven insights to support case strategies and decision‑making. ~ Experience with legal technology tools and data analytics platforms. ~ Intermediate level of English ~ Keeping both our customers and our colleagues needs in mind you determine together which days you work at home and which you come to ING MAD to offer your best your thing.
