With technology, we turn spontaneous thoughts into meaningful experiences, helping people travel the world.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Litigation and Legal Product Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers.If you are a master of Tech and Digital legal items and passionate about the Travel world, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job.The job in briefJob Title - Litigation and Legal Product AssociateWorking model - full-remote from Spain/Portugal/Poland and hybrid from SwitzerlandTeam - you will join the Litigation and Legal Product team within the Business Legal department, reporting to Litigation and Legal Product CounselLevel - junior/associate with 2–3 years of prior experienceLocation - Spain or Portugal or Poland or SwitzerlandContract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)Travel time required - average 15% neededWhat your impact will beSupport the Litigation department, coordinating paralegals and case management activities across different markets, with a particular focus on the UK market.Coordinate and liaise with external counsel to ensure effective case handling, consistency, and cost efficiency.Collaborate with the Legal Product team in reviewing and advising on the main legal aspects of the company’s travel products and related commercial initiatives.Support the implementation of internal processes involving Competition Law, Consumer Law, and Tourism Law analysis.Prepare and deliver guidance documents, templates, and training materials for internal teams under the supervision of the Group Legal & Litigation Counsel.Contribute to the development and optimization of scalable legal processes that support sustainable business growth.Draft and review a wide range of international contracts, including distribution, sales, agency, service, lease, sponsorship and confidentiality agreements.Provide legal advice on the regulatory and contractual framework applicable to the offering and sale of online travel products.QualificationsDegree in Law.
