Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant capital of Sofia. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact customer support services team where you will leverage your language skills to resolve complex inquiries and provide premium assistance to Dutch-speaking clients globally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Identify customer needs and deliver innovative solutions within the customer support services framework.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation in our internal systems.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction metrics.
- Navigate multiple digital tools to troubleshoot inquiries and elevate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure all service level agreements are met while maintaining a professional and helpful brand voice.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest trends in the BPO and customer support services industry.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
