This role is ideal for someone who enjoys challenges and wants to be part of a fast‑growing scale‑up environment.About The RoleOur client is looking for driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who want to contribute to the expansion and success of their Sales organisation. This position plays a key role in pipeline generation, prospect identification and outreach to decision‑makers across international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and prospect potential clients in the assigned market.Run outbound campaigns through email, phone and multiple touchpoints.Present the solution to relevant stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).Define quarterly OKRs together with the Sales Development Manager.Collaborate closely with Sales Executives in a continuous feedback loop.Proactively propose ideas, strategies and campaigns to improve the sales process and accelerate growth.Basic QualificationsNative‑level proficiency in one of the target languages (allocated based on market needs).Strong command of English for internal communication.Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or studies in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism or related fields.High motivation and resilience — eager to take on challenges and grow rapidly.Proactive mindset with the ability to propose solutions and learn from mistakes.Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.Must be currently residing in Spain.NIE is mandatory.
