Vind je het leuk om B2B-klanten te ondersteunen bij hun missie om hun financiële toekomst te plannen?Als je je goed voelt in een snelle, klantgerichte omgeving en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden hebt, dan hebben we een geweldige kans voor je in Valencia, Spanje Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als Customer Service Representative zullen zijn: B2B-klanten ondersteunen, voornamelijk via e-mail en chat, maar ook telefonisch Voortdurend brainstormen met je collega's om de klantervaring te verbeteren Probleemoplossing, innovatie en verandermanagement maken deel uit van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden Controleren en afhandelen van betalingsverzoeken van verkopers en kopers via verschillende klantplatforms Verantwoordelijk voor Trustpilot reviews die de algemene NPS van het bedrijf verbeteren door uitstekende service Vragen van klanten signaleren en escaleren en met passende oplossingen komen In kaart brengen en verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen om het klanttraject en de klanttevredenheid te verbeteren Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om te slagen in deze functie: Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op moedertaalniveau en een C1 niveau in de Engelse taal Minimaal MBO4 diploma, achtergrond in IT/financiën/economie is een pré Vaardigheid in het gebruik van computers Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden Je bent proactief en oplossingsgericht Je bent geïnteresseerd in het werken in een ambitieus team Wat zit er in voor jou?
