**New Job Opportunity in Valencia: Customer Advisor and Sales Representative (German Market)**
Full-Time - Long-Term
Do you speak German? Are you efficient and customer focus? Do you live in Valencia or you are planning to move there? We are hiring German Customer Service and Sales Representatives for a prime tech company Your main responsibilities will be to provide high quality customer service while upselling and cross-selling the company’s products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Upselling and cross-sell products to customers
- Keep your knowledge updated about the company’s products and services
- Manage the post sales activity including order cancellations, claims, order follow-ups, deliveries, refund requests and escalations
