Administrative & Operations Travel Coordinator Gourmand Breaks – Girona, Catalonia (Hybrid: Remote + Office) Gourmand Breaks is a boutique, high-end receptive travel agency with over 30 years of expertise in designing bespoke food, wine, and cultural journeys across Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal. Our comfortable, home-based office in Girona offers a refined yet relaxed working environment, thoughtfully combined with hybrid remote work to support genuine work-life balance (typically 3 days remote, 2 days in-office). We're seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly organized professional with a background in administration or operations (ideally in travel) to support the operational backbone of our luxury trips. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for full-time or part-time (approximately 75%) , and an immediate start is available.   Provide operational support during live trips: monitoring itineraries, client follow-up via WhatsApp/email, and coordinating on-the-ground logistics Proven experience in administration or operations, ideally within travel, tourism, or hospitality Fluent English (written & spoken) – essential, as all client communication is in English knowledge of French, Italian, or Portuguese A flexible hybrid schedule that genuinely supports work-life balance ~ Opportunity to work with inspiring food, wine, and cultural themes and to contribute meaningfully in a low-pressure, client-focused culture ~
