With a tech-driven approach, we valorise post-consumer garments and develop scalable, circular solutions.The RoleIn order to support the expansion of our operations, we are seeking an HR Specialist. This person will work hand in hand with the HR Director in the deployment of the HR strategies, and be responsible for the full payroll cycle in Spain.ResponsibilitiesCalculate and review payroll, handle all activities with Social Security and prepare and submit tax forms related to payroll (e.g., income tax returns).Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements, supporting the resolution of labor queries and preparing documentation for inspections, audits and grants.Support end-to-end recruitment and training processes.Coordinate occupational risk prevention activities with external providers.Minimum qualificationsDegree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar.Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and labor administration.Knowledge of labor law, Social Security, and tax regulations.Proficiency in English.Proficiency in office tools and HR software.Preferred qualificationsExperience in managing subsidies in the context of Special Employment Centers.Proficiency in French.What we offerYou will be part of an organization which is: Making a difference in transforming the textile industry; Growing a network of state-of-the-art recycling plants; Deeply committed to offering employment opportunities to people with disabilities and in risk of social exclusion.And you will also be entitled to: A competitive package according to your experience; Growth and development opportunities; Flexible working hours and 1 day working from home.#J-18808-Ljbffr
