What You'll Be Doing Supporting the People Experience team to deliver on KPIs Working with senior management to design processes that improve employee satisfaction Driving team projects to improve employee engagement in focus areas Managing initiatives related to the recognition programme to improve engagement Creating solutions to enhance employee experience Liaising with external vendors and global teams to ensure timely delivery of services Managing the Employee Engagement Service Desk Coordinating and supporting the delivery of global onboarding What You'll Need Proven experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills across different personality types and departments A commitment to company culture and employee engagement A track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated emotional intelligence The ability to manage complex social dynamics among employees Experience developing key success measures that drive impact The ability to align people and culture with overall business strategy Motivation for helping others The ability to explain complex things simply and concisely Fluency in English Nice to have Experience using Jira Experience in a startup Experience in fintech, tech, or financial services A CIPD qualification Experience in an international team Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
