JOB DESCRIPTION
Sweet Epic World is seeking a motivated, coachable and relationship-driven Customer Engagement Specialist to connect with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs and guide them through the next steps. This remote opportunity suits someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, professional service and consistent follow-up.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries by email, phone, messaging and social media.
- Ask questions to understand client interests, preferences and expectations.
- Explain available services clearly and help clients make informed decisions.
- Follow up with interested prospects without pressure or misleading promises.
- Schedule consultations and information sessions, and provide timely reminders.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, requests and next steps.
- Resolve routine concerns and escalate issues that require additional support.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent service.
- Attend training and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Protect client information and follow established procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A warm, patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Dependability, organization and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage priorities remotely.
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching and take consistent action.
- Comfort using email, online meetings and basic digital tools.
- Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace.
- Customer service, sales or community engagement experience is helpful.
