A global leading company in the animal health sector, home to world-renowned veterinary‑proven solutions and the UK's no.1 joint supplement, is searching for a SALES MANAGER (Veterinary & Specialist Pet Retail Market).Reporting ToInternational Market Development Director.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive market entry and growth strategy across the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal).Lead the entire sales process, from identifying hunter opportunities to closing negotiations with key accounts (vet groups and retail chains).Develop and execute the commercial strategy to hit sales targets and secure 80% market coverage through local distribution partners.Strengthen ties with existing clients, professional dealers, KOLs and influencers, including providing onsite tutorials.Localize B2B / B2C campaigns and represent the brand at key trade shows (minimum 4 per year) to drive professional education.Analyze competition and market potential, maintaining precise CRM data and delivering quarterly strategic reports to HQ.Frequent domestic travel to visit customers and partners (Hybrid role with high mobility).Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree, ideally in Business, Marketing or Veterinary Science.Minimum 4+ years of sales and marketing experience within the Pet Care, Veterinary or Animal Health industries.Proven track record of launching or scaling brands in the Spanish market.Strong existing network within veterinary clinics, wholesalers and specialist pet retail.Excellent command of Spanish and English (Native / Fluent level).Willingness and availability to travel frequently.AdditionalResults‑driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously as the sole regional representative.You will work in a leading global company where you will be able to grow and develop professionally in a multicultural and friendly environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
