This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager who wants to build something from the ground up and grow with the business.The role focuses on developing consistent and sustainable revenue through HORECA sales, including retailers, restaurants, catering companies and retail parks. This is not a short term sales role. The business is looking for someone who understands the importance of long term partnerships and commercially viable growth.Key responsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities across HORECA channelsBuild and manage long term client relationshipsIdentify commercially viable opportunities that the business can realistically supportWork closely with operations to ensure sales growth is sustainableContribute to the overall commercial strategy as the brand expands internationallyAbout youProven experience in HORECA or food and beverage salesStrong new business development backgroundCommercially minded and operationally awareFluent in both Spanish and EnglishBased in London or Barcelona, or willing to be based in either locationAmbitious, driven xsgfvud and motivated by growthPackageBase salary up to £60,000 depending on experienceCommission structure with realistic year one earnings of £90,000 to £95,000Company benefitsClear opportunity for progression within a growing international brandThis role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, responsibility and the chance to grow with a business at an exciting stage of its journey.#J-18808-Ljbffr
