We’re seeking an experienced Machine Learning Scientist to join our ML squad, focusing on developing ML products. Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the ML squad and Data teams, driving our ML solutions. Responsibilities Contribute to the development of Machine Learning and other AI products, working closely with stream-aligned product teams Support testing and monitoring strategies for ML/AI outputs to ensure reliability and accuracy Collaborate with the Data Platform team to improve model deployment, monitoring, validation, and governance processes Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented ML code and pipelines Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team Qualifications 4+ years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent Demonstrated experience developing and deploying ML models throughout the product lifecycle Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Ray, Keras, Spark) Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS and Snowflake preferred) Practical experience with model testing, deployment, and monitoring Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams Experience with generative AI and LLM models preferred, including prompt engineering and RAG applications Benefits Hybrid onboarding to start work remotely and relocation support for you and your family Comprehensive health insurance for both you and your family Professional development budget for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow Flexible benefits package to tailor perks that matter most for you Hybrid work and generous leave options to prioritize your work-life balance In-office perks, including free meals and snacks Company-funded sport activities, annual offsites and team-building events We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
