We’re seeking an experienced Machine Learning Scientist to join our ML squad, focusing on developing ML products. Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the ML squad and Data teams, driving our ML solutions. Contribute to the development of Machine Learning and other AI products, working closely with stream‐aligned product teams. Support testing and monitoring strategies for ML/AI outputs to ensure reliability and accuracy. Collaborate with the Data Platform team to improve model deployment, monitoring, validation, and governance processes. 4+ years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Ray, Keras, Spark). Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS and Snowflake preferred).
