We’re seeking an experienced Machine Learning Scientist to join our ML squad, focusing on developing ML products. Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the ML squad and Data teams, driving our ML solutions.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of Machine Learning and other AI products, working closely with stream-aligned product teamsSupport testing and monitoring strategies for ML/AI outputs to ensure reliability and accuracyCollaborate with the Data Platform team to improve model deployment, monitoring, validation, and governance processesWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented ML code and pipelinesParticipate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the teamQualifications4+ years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalentDemonstrated experience developing and deploying ML models throughout the product lifecycleProficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Ray, Keras, Spark)Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS and Snowflake preferred)Practical experience with model testing, deployment, and monitoringStrong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teamsExperience with generative AI and LLM models preferred, including prompt engineering and RAG applicationsBenefitsHybrid onboarding to start work remotely and relocation support for you and your familyComprehensive health insurance for both you and your familyProfessional development budget for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you growFlexible benefits package to tailor perks that matter most for youHybrid work and generous leave options to prioritize your work-life balanceIn-office perks, including free meals and snacksCompany-funded sport activities, annual offsites and team-building eventsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
