Role and Responsibilities Assist in the intake and processing of new claims, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurately recorded; Enter claim information into the claims management system and update records as necessary; Coordinate with claimants, adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather additional information or documentation; Handle small to follow claims growing into a role of junior claims; Maintain and organize electronic claims file; Set up reserves and book payments; Preparation of claims-overview; Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the claims team; Skills and Experience Ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry; Experience managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining accurate records; Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders; Insurance experience preferable.
