Multinacional del sector industrial busca Junior Accounting & Reporting Analyst con buen nivel de inglés para sus oficinas de Alcobendas. Funciones Soporte en el cierre contable mensual de varias compañías del grupo a nivel internacional. Elaboración y análisis de reporting financiero (Balance y Cuenta de Resultados) para la central. Reconciliación mensual de cuentas clave de balance y P&L e identificación de desviaciones. Realización de tareas de precierre para garantizar cierres mensuales eficientes. Análisis contable y financiero orientado a management accounting. Preparación de reporting ad hoc para equipos de controlling y management global. Interlocución con clientes internos (departamentos financieros de los distintos países). Participación en proyectos corporativos y de mejora continua de procesos financieros. Apoyo en la estandarización y optimización de procesos a nivel grupo. Requisitos Requisitos: Se requiere formación universitaria en ADE, Economía, Finanzas o similar, así como una base sólida en contabilidad y finanzas. El candidato deberá contar con entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares o prácticas relevantes, valorándose especialmente la proactividad y las ganas de desarrollo profesional. Es necesario un nivel de inglés C1 que permita comunicarse de forma autónoma en un entorno internacional. Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento y la experiencia con SAP FI/CO, así como un buen manejo de Excel y otras herramientas de MS Office. Power BI será considerado un plus. Buscamos una persona analítica, organizada, responsable y con buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
