Discover more about our culture and approach here: Job Description Summary: Vector Renewables is looking for a junior accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial and accountancy of the companies under management. Job Description: Act as the main point of reference for specific clients under management, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis; Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis Prepare other applicable taxes (exempt of CIT) Issued and received invoices registration. Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes. Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments…). Preparation and submission of financial reporting to the client including main KPIs. Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments. Banks reconciliations. Accruing of the projects´ incomes. Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M…). Documentation management (physical and digital archive). Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books Key Requirements: Accounting, financial and tax knowledge of small and medium companies 2-3 years-experience D365 knowledge is a plus Qualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets is a plus Good communication skills Be able to meet deadlines under pressure scenarios Strong aptitude for math, attention to detail Ability to organize their work independently and as part of a team English Fluent Italian is a plus Studies Economics Degree or Business Administration What do we expect from you?
