Overview Legal Counsel (experience in APAC) role at Fever. Support the APAC operations as part of the in-house Legal Team, providing general commercial and regulatory advice to drive Fever’s business strategy across the region. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions Provide legal support to regional business teams and senior management Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance Provide corporate management support in the region, including for corporate expansion Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in APAC Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters Manage knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members Qualifications Be a practising lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) Professional fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in an additional language a strong plus Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence Experience working on international projects or with global teams A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn Location & Benefits This position will be located in Madrid, with some flexibility for starting dates.
