Legal and regulatory advice to the team, reviewing, drafts and negotiating a wide variety of agreements (commercial agreements, lease agreements, license agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, DPAs), and ensuring that all commercial agreements adequately protect the company's interests, improve processes, and increase company growth.
- Advising and supporting the company's different departments such as operations, business development, finance, marketing, human resources, etc.
- Providing accurate and timely legal advice to stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues, including data protection, regulatory and legal compliance.
- Ongoing awareness of regulatory developments that may have an impact on our industry and support for future initiatives, as well as advice on the implementation of current or new regulations.
- Work closely with the Head of Legal to meet deadlines and collaborate on projects.
- Undertaking any other duties, functions, or services related to the role of Legal Counsel, as determined by the legal department or senior management.
