As one of the fastest growing startups in Barcelona, we are now on the lookout for an ambitious and motivated sales rockstar to join us in Barcelona The Role: As a Business Development Representative at CareerOS, you’re a key player in our mission to expand across Europe If you’re a go-getter who loves connecting with people and wants to grow into a Sales Executive role, this is the perfect launchpad for your career. Your main mission? Generate leads, build relationships, and help drive new business opportunities for CareerOS. Oh, and have a lot of fun doing it What You’ll Be Doing: Hunt down new potential clients in the education and university sectors across Europe Build rock-solid relationships with decision-makers at universities and higher education institutions Team up with sales and marketing to ensure everything runs smoothly from lead gen to deal close Stay organized and crush it using CRM tools like HubSpot Keep an eye on the competition and stay ahead of industry trends to keep CareerOS in the spotlight Smash your monthly and quarterly targets (and celebrate when you do) What You Need: Fluent in English (a second European language such as German, Spanish, French, Italian is a strong plus) 1-2 years of B2B sales, lead generation, or similar experience, ideally in SaaS or the education space You’re a natural people person with strong communication skills—you know how to build connections Passionate about education, networking, and helping others succeed in their careers Self-starter who loves working independently but can also crush it as part of a team Located in Barcelona (or ready to move to one of the best cities in the world) Perks of the Job: Compensation: Salary + Commission: €40,000 to €60,000 The chance to be part of a fast-growing, VC-backed startup that has raised over $2.5 million dollars Direct exposure to the co-founders and top leadership of CareerOS Flexible remote work culture Build a network in the Barcelona startup ecosystem Regular team events - dinners, Padel, staycations (we spent time in Italy this summer) Great coffee and an office dog : Meet Coco, our beloved office mascot Ready to Join Our Team?
