Job Summary MNC JOBS INFO is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Chat Agents to provide remote support for our growing eCommerce clients. As an Online Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
