Bilingual Customer Support Agent

We’re looking for a bilingual Customer Support Agent to join our team and help us provide top-tier support to our users across different platforms. This is a full-time, work-from-home position with afternoon-to-evening shifts.

**What you’ll do**:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Provide clear, empathetic, and effective solutions
- Follow internal processes while thinking critically when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to improve support workflows
**Requirements**:
**Must Have**:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Patient, helpful attitude when assisting customers
- Available for full-time afternoon/evening shifts
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
**Preferred**:
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with support tools platforms
- Experience working independently in remote environments
About the Role
This position involves handling routine customer inquiries, troubleshooting common issues, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate responses.
The role suits someone who enjoys helping people solve problems, can maintain quality standards in a remote setting, and is looking for steady work with clear expectations.
Pay: 1,200.00€ - 1,400.00€ per month
