Our incredibly talented team has proven itself as a major player in the mobile advertising landscape. To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, our Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to lead a high-performance global marketing team and help us grow in the fast-paced advertising environment. What You’ll Do: Branding & Positioning: Develop and implement Adwake’s branding and positioning strategy in alignment with global Corporate Entravision standards, ensuring the correct use of the brand across all available channels. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, lead, and develop a strong marketing team (including product marketing and design). Sponsorships and Events: Organize and execute Adwake’s participation in industry events (e.g., stands, speaking opportunities, among others), as well as in-house events with prospects for lead generation and with clients for retention. Sales Marketing: Support the sales team with strong sales materials, client initiatives, and prospect outreach. Assist in the preparation of industry events with branded materials. Content and Insights Generation: Supervise the overall content strategy of the department across all channels, including social media, the website, case studies, PR, and others. Provide market insights that contribute to more competitive services. Reporting & Budgeting: Design an area KPI dashboard and weekly/monthly monitoring systems. Deliver detailed monthly reporting through the MBR presentation format. Work on the annual budget and monitor expenses monthly in collaboration with the finance team. What you need to have: 3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B role), including expertise in events,
