Translation Project Manager – Regulatory Submissions Join to apply for the Translation Project Manager – Regulatory Submissions role at IQVIA .Working with the wider Project Management team, the Translation Project Manager – Regulatory Submissions is responsible for coordinating and managing the full lifecycle of Regulatory Submissions translation and localization projects to ensure IQVIA’s standards are met.Responsibilities: Manage multiple Regulatory Submissions translation and localization projects from receipt to completion.Liaise with clients to assess and agree on project parameters and requirements.Assess project scope to select appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlines.Establish and maintain relationships with freelance and in-house linguists globally.Monitor project status to anticipate and prevent issues.Complete project finances, including quoting and budgeting.Maintain project documentation and information.Adhere to the Quality Management System and IQVIA procedures and SOPs.Assist in maintaining linguistic assets like glossaries and style guides.Ensure high quality through QA checks.Provide weekend coverage if needed due to project schedules.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management within the Language Services industry.Minimum 1 year of experience in Regulatory Submissions Project Management.Bachelor's degree in linguistics, business, scientific field, or related.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Excellent communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and follow instructions.Advanced IT skills, experience with TMS and CAT tools like XTRF or memoQ preferred.Ability to build effective working relationships.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, insights, and healthcare intelligence.
