We’re looking for a dynamic, bilingual individual to join our Southern California team on a part-time basis. About Us Energie Fuel Group specializes in fuel financing and management, providing businesses with wholesale fuel cards, bulk fuel, DEF, lubricants, and mobile fueling solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media) and handle onboarding and fuel card printing Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and assist with marketing campaigns Collaborate with the team across regions to maintain consistent messaging and high-quality customer service Analyze marketing data, gather customer feedback, and participate in process improvements Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish), with at least 2 years of experience in customer service and marketing Proficient with Microsoft Office, WordPress, social media platforms, and Adobe Creative Cloud Strong communication skills, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset Work Schedule This part-time role runs from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Since the shift is 5 hours, a paid 10-minute rest break is provided mid-shift, with the option to waive a meal break by agreement.
