Hutchison Ports BEST, the Business Unit in Barcelona of the group Huutchison Ports, , a multinational company in the Port Industry (container port Terminals) with a network comprises 53 ports spanning in countries with global headquarters in Hong Kong, and european division HQ in UK, which belongs to Hong Kong company CK HUTCHISON HOLDING, , listed in HK Stock Exchange, is recruiting an:Si le interesa solicitar este empleo, por favor, asegúrese de cumplir los siguientes requisitos que se enumeran a continuación.ACCOUNTING & REPORTING BILLING PROCESS The job position is in the Port of Barcelona, at "Barcelona Europe South Terminal"Reporting to the Deputy Finance Director, the person will play a role in the billing department with daily and monthly accounting process, and the reporting to Billing responsible.We are looking for a detail-oriented team player, as a preference of five or more years of professional accounting experience, eager to gain experience in a worldwide Company, with Spanish as mother tongue and command in English (Proficiency level) with experience in Billing process , recommended used of nBis Oracle suit.Responsibilities/ functions Participation in daily billing process and monthly accounting closing (modules closing, provisions management, balance)Monthly reporting to Finance in Oracle DatabaseMonthly variances analysisMonthly tax management and presentationPreparation of financial reports / Management informationOther collaborative tasks in the Finance DepartmentRequisitos 5 years’ experience desirable in multinational work xcskxlj environmentBachelor's degree in Business AdministrationAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Office in generalUsed to working with ERPs (Oracle, SAP, etc.)Experience in Billing and Closing / Accounting / Reporting tasksSpanish as mother tongue and command in EnglishStrong attention to detail and accuracyOwn vehicle to facilitate access to the workplaceWork schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
