Overview Client Executive - UX en Ipsos España. Our UX team is expanding and we are looking for a Client Executive to lead innovative projects that are redefining how users interact with client brands. Responsibilities Collaborate with the UX team to plan, design, and prepare user research activities. Execute research preparation activities from recruiting participants to writing discussion guides, taking notes, and moderating sessions. Execute data collection and analysis activities, including moderating sessions and interview activities. Analyze and create reports, providing insightful recommendations with direction and support from the UX team. Use effective storytelling to deliver insights about users and their behaviors to generate empathy, emotion, and client engagement. Provide ad-hoc support to the team in various project phases. Seek alternatives that improve our research, bringing innovative ideas to the team. Qualifications Knowledge of all aspects of the User-Centered Design (UCD) process. Strong understanding of user insight analysis and reporting techniques. Communication skills to effectively convey research results to clients and team members. High prioritization and personal time management skills. Curious and open to learning. 1 or more years of experience in user experience or a related field. Advanced English level.
