Customer Service Representative with High Level of Norwegian Language Skills

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a professional manner
- Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions
- Provide an omnichannel service to consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements
- Fluent Norwegian language skills with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
