You’ll listen actively, direct questions to the right place, and support customers with clear solutions. What You’ll Do Act as the first contact for customer inquiries. Route questions to the right department quickly and accurately. Meet KPIs while delivering excellent service. Follow policies and procedures with accuracy and compliance. What You Need Native-level Dutch (C2) & excellent English (C1) Customer-focused with a friendly and helpful approach. Strong communication skills (spoken & written). Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate. Team player with a positive attitude. Desirable Skills Process improvement mindset. Collaborative & open to new ideas.
