Tasks
- Handling customer calls in Dutch and providing them with information and assistance about our services and vacational parks.
- Handle complaints and claims efficiently and respectfully.
- Resolve customer issues in an empathetic and honest manner.
- Work as a team player with other customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep an open mind to learn new skills and constantly improve your customer service skills.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to different situations.
**Benefits**:
Competitive salary of 22K + 2K bonus for a 39-hour/week contract.
