We are looking for aBusiness Intelligence Analyst to support the development of actionable insightsthat drive business decisions across the organization, with a strong focus onfinance. This role will contribute to the development of the businesspartnering function and collaborate closely with the rest of the BI team todeliver timely, accurate, and relevant data and analysis. You will play a keyrole in designing data models, building dashboards, and delivering informationthrough SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and Power BI platforms.Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, you will work closely withbusiness stakeholders to translate their needs into scalable, data-drivensolutions. KEY ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to business stakeholdersduring the Finance month-end close process. Analyze, reconcile, and validate financialdata across systems. Gather and analyze business requirements tosupport reporting and analytical needs. Design and implement a Data AnalyticsFramework to standardize practices across the organization. Develop data models based on stakeholderrequirements, ensuring accuracy and performance. Build, test, and document dashboards andreports using SAP and other BI tools. Deliver actionable insights to end-users,driving informed decision-making. Support the BI Manager and Business Partnerswith regular and ad-hoc analysis. Ensure alignment with the corporate BIstrategy and contribute to its successful execution. Train and coach end-users to effectively use BI tools and reports. REQUIREMENTS: 2–3 years of professional experience inbusiness intelligence or financial analysis. Strong analytical skills and ability to workwith large datasets. Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills, includingPowerPivot, PowerQuery and MDX. Hands-on experience with the followingtools: SAP BW / SAP BPC SAP Datasphere Power BI Solid understanding of relational databasesand data modeling concepts. Experience in data projects across the fulllifecycle: warehousing, modeling, integration, and analytics. High level of personal responsibility,service minded, strong work ethic, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, prioritizetasks, and meet deadlines.
