Social Media Lead, Events

Are you a highly organized, creative, and digitally savvy individual with a passion for marketing and events? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a knack for engaging audiences across multiple platforms? If so, this multifaceted role could be your perfect fit We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to handle marketing, event coordination, social media management, and merchandising. This position will be based in the La Manga Club area, covering the Costa Calida and Costa Blanca.Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services.Plan and manage a variety of events, including trade shows and promotions.Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Create high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, and video) for social media, website, and marketing materials.Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility.Manage merchandise stock, including purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relationships.Analyse marketing and social media performance and provide data-driven insights.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve marketing objectives.Skills & Requirements:Fluent in English. Spanish language skills are advantageous.Essential: Confident and experienced in managing social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Must be capable of creating high-quality, engaging content and posts.Proficient in using Canva, Google Documents, and Microsoft Office applications.Proven experience in social media management.Experience in organizing trade shows and other events.Experience in managing merchandise stock and purchasing.Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driving license.Hours:Approximately 20 hours per week initially, with the potential to increase to 30+ hours later in the year.Location:La Manga Club Area, covering Costa Calida & Costa Blanca.To Apply:Please submit your CV, a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience, and examples of your social media content or portfolio.
