Your role is pivotal in elevating our online presence, bringing our brands to life in a creative and scroll-stopping way, and resonating effectively with our audience. You'll need a profound understanding and passion for content design, AI, social media trends, and digital platforms. By working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Geneva and across Europe, you'll ensure our brand's online presence is both engaging and accessible. Your responsibilities include real-time performance analysis, immediate adjustments of content, and using insights and learnings based on performance data to craft even more compelling campaigns and advertisements. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Content creation:Assist in crafting and lead in adapting digital content that leverage social media trends and innovative concepts, making them visually striking, engaging, high-performing, and accessible. Collaborate closely with the web development team to recommend and implement new designs. Influencer program strategy and development:Work with regional and local market teams to develop influencer plans and strategies that align with brand objectives and platform dynamics.Campaign Coordination:work with Brand Teams in coordinating and activating influencer campaigns. Lead the identification of suitable influencers, manage briefings, oversee shootings and content development and ensure effective collaboration between influencers and Brand. Lead the execution of Regional events. Performance Analysis:Analyze influencer asset performance across markets, leveraging data insights to provide recommendations for future strategies. Budget Planning and Management:Develop and manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources, best in class stewardship and maximizing return on investment. Compliance and Disclosure:Ensure compliance with relevant law and advertising regulations and disclosure requirements, providing guidance to influencers and brand teams to ensure legal compliance in local or regional campaigns.Industry Monitoring and Trend Analysis:Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing practices, sharing insights and best practices with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. QualificationsJob Qualifications Influencer Marketing Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing successful influencer and digital creator campaigns, preferably in a regional or multi-market context. Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of European creator landscape within the beauty industry. Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator and influencer trends, and best practices across regional markets. Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in editing and designing high-quality digital content, including interactive elements (dynamic typography, cinematic transitions, color grading etc.) Digital design Proficiency: Mastery of editing tools and software, including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Understanding of aspect ratio and content type across digital platforms and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in design elements, typography, color schemes, and image selection. Data-driven decision-making: Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize performance data to inform design changes. Eye for beauty and branding: Passion for beauty and experience in designing for beauty brands is a big plus. Understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain consistent visual identity across social media platforms. Adaptability and Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadline, demonstrating leadership and autonomy. Collaboration: excellent interpersonal & collaborations skills. Ability to build strong relationships and work across diverse Teams and multiple stakeholders. Educational Background: bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design or a related field, with a strong passion and skill for design.
