We stand behind all our campaigns, as our team verifies every detail to create a safe environment for donors and provide the personal support people need to reach their goals and change their lives.  If you're motivated to directly help change lives, keep reading As Social Media Manager & Content Creator for Donio Spain you will drive content creation for social media and help campaign creators to get digital attention. Your role is crucial for building Donio brand awareness, helping campaign creators to reach their goals and fostering strong relationships with influencers.  Your mission & key responsibilities Social Media strategy & execution.Your main goal will be to ensure that Donio channels/profiles on social media reach influential audiences that can help our creators achieve their fundraising goals. Craft compelling narratives about Donio value proposition and about campaign creators. Produce content (video, text, images) for our blog and social media channels. Monitor and navigate the social media landscape to find the best tactics to spread campaigns and help campaign creators reach their goals. Support the local Press/Public relations plan. Local media are key for campaign creators. Identify PR opportunities and generate positive media coverage. Your skillset - what we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Social Media and communications. You are a social media ninja and have experience producing content for Instagram/Tiktok/Facebook/Youtube/X. Also, you have some experience working with influencers and engaging with different audiences. You know  tools of social media monitoring and social listening. Experience working with video, especially editing for social media. Ability also with video recording is a plus.  Use of tools such as Canva, Capcut or Adobe Creative. Experience working with IA tools oriented to copywriting and storytelling, like Claude, Gemini or others. Experience working with paid media is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. Also, we appreciate that you have a professional English level. Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
