Desplácese hacia abajo para leer la descripción completa del puesto.ResponsabilidadesNew product launch support and organize seminars/webinarsPre-sales support, provide good technical solutions to customersRespond the technical questions/requirements from customersProvide technical support to both solar module and ESSMaintain and update the CEC and/or other related product certifications and qualifications to meet Spanish speaking area needsContract review and technical clause negotiation including warranty, tests, pre-shipment inspection, etc.Collaborate with HQ team to find solutions to the technical term deviation and evaluate the related costSupport customer training and CEC/SEC road showsCollaborate with HQ warranty department to resolve product warranty/after-sale issues/complaintsCoordinate the order execution including Pre-shipment inspection, 3rd party lab testing, factory audit, manufacturing supervision, etc.Competitors' product/offerings analysisRequisitosBachelor, master degree in business, electrical, power or related fieldsFamiliar with solar module and energy storage products, with the ability to design and provide solutions for integrated product and ESS5 years+ technical supporting experienceConfident to provide technical speech to clients or public audienceKnowledge and/or experiences in PV system design and ESSGood communication, negotiation and influencing skillsPositive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and a team playerProficiency both in written and spoken in EnglishAble to travel on a regular basis and/or abroad in a short noticeLocationLas Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
