Use data and feedback to improve employee experience.Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations. Support audits and regulatory reviews.Design wellness programs to boost engagement and support employee health.Own global benefits budget, analyze trends, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.Manage relationships with brokers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues.Oversee compensation programs, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis.Lead benefits communications and education efforts for diverse employee groups.Manage and mentor a global team.Stay current on market trends and recommend program improvements.What Makes You An Ideal CandidateExperience in global compensation, benefits, or total rewards, ideally in SaaS or tech/PE.Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, and governance.Skilled in managing global programs and vendors.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/benefits systems.Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years’ relevant experience; certifications (CCP, CBP, CEBS) are a plus.What We OfferOur employee benefits including flexible workplace policies, employee resource groups, learning and development resources, career progression pathways, and community engagement initiatives are some of the reasons why we have had great success in bringing in new talent.
