Experience: Minimum 7 years hands-on experience managing critical incidents? Languages: Native-level French and English? ITIL certifications are a strong plusWhat will you do? ?You will be the go-to person for handling high-priority incidents in a fast-paced, international environment. Your main responsibilities:Take full ownership of major incident managementCoordinate cross-functional teams under pressureEnsure clear, effective communication with global stakeholders in both French and EnglishLead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement actionsParticipate in on-call rotations with the team? Your soft skills will be just as critical as your technical know-how.
