We are looking for professionals who want to grow with us What will your team be like? As phone sales agent , you will work as part of the property management team, reporting to the Leasing Manager and collaborating with the on-site and marketing teams. What will your mission be? The phone sales agent will be instrumental in driving the successful leasing of our new aparthotels. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and sales skills, in both spanish and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting new guests, providing information over the phone in an exciting and organized manner, and will help contribute to the occupancy rates for our four buildings. Your main functions will be: · Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective guests, providing information and addressing inquiries regarding services, amenities, and availability. · Assist in coordinating property tours for potential guests. · Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing leads concerns promptly and professionally. · Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company policies and guest satisfaction. · Manage the guest application process, including screening, verification, and lease agreement preparation. · Maintain accurate records of leasing activities · Complete tasks as assigned by your manager, and other special projects as assigned. What are they looking for? · Minimum of 1 year experience in phone sales, preferably in fields realting to leasing, property management, or hospitality. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate or a related field is preferred. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English. · Strong sales and customer service skills · Knowledge of the Madrid area and local market is a plus.
