Duration of contract: 3 months (depending on business conditions and candidate´s performance, a permanent position may be considered afterwards). Calido Flex Living is the future of flexible, with high-end, temporary residences in Madrid. The project has four new buildings (1,300 flats) with the aim of reaching 2,500 flats throughout the Madrid region, with further expansion planned in key areas of other Spanish cities. Calido Flex Living is part of Dazia Capital, a leading real estate investment and asset management company specializing in the Spanish residential sector. As phone sales agent , you will work as part of the property management team, reporting to the Leasing Manager and collaborating with the on-site and marketing teams. The phone sales agent will be instrumental in driving the successful leasing of our new aparthotels. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and sales skills, in both spanish and English. Complete tasks as assigned by your manager, and other special projects as assigned. Minimum of 1 year experience in phone sales, preferably in fields realting to leasing, property management, or hospitality. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate or a related field is preferred. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English. · Strong sales and customer service skills · Knowledge of the Madrid area and local market is a plus. Wellbeing programme with fruit, coffee, tea and snacks in the office. · Office hours with flexible break options. ·
